mug wanはフリーズドライのお味噌汁を飲む方に向けた新しい食器です。最適な濃さに導く容積設定や混ぜやすさ、さした箸やスプーンが倒れない底形状、断熱と倒れにくさを狙った高台形状、回転体の組み合わせによる洗いやすさなどの沢山の工夫を織り込みつつ、味噌汁にもコーヒーにも馴染む古くて新しい佇まいを目指しました。

mug wan is a new type of tableware for freeze-dried miso soup drinkers. While incorporating several innovations, such as a volume setting that leads to optimal thickness, ease of mixing, a bottom shape that prevents chopsticks and spoons from falling over, an elevated base shape that aims for insulation and resistance to falling over, and a combination of rotating parts that makes it easy to wash, we aimed to create an old but new appearance that fits in well with both miso soup and coffee.
